HEARTH (“Home Education Achieved Responsibly Through Him”) is a Christian homeschool support group for both West Virginia and Virginia, mostly in Mercer and Tazewell Counties. We meet four times a year for our Parents’ Night Out meetings to plan events, fellowship, and encourage one another in our homeschooling.

Some of the events that we enjoy as a group are:

• Bowling
• Gym Class
• Co-Op
• Annual Testing
• Prom
• High School Graduation
• Various Field Trips

We would love to have your family join us! Our next parents’ meeting will be January 19, 2026. This meeting will focus on Annual Assessments (Testing and Portfolio Evaluations). Whether you’re new to figuring out the end-of-year requirements or wanting to explore your options this year, this is the place to get all your questions answered.
